Ginny walked quickly out of the store, to the courtyard, and onto the open grass of Port Angeles. The weather today was nice not to hot and not to cold. A smile come across her face as she walked past students outside enjoying themselves. Some people where reading and others were playing games or trading some kind of cards. It was all in good fun but Ginny didn't want to linger around everyone. She was surprised it had been so dark at such a early time, but more power to her! That gave her more time to roam outside without the sun making her glow.
She took her hands through her blond hair and she made her way into the forest. Grinning, she started climbing a tree like a spider monkey and stopped half way up to sit on a branch. She peered down to see no one then peered around the trees, again no one. She was either going to have a night to herself unless a hiker would come in the forest.
An hour passed and no one had come around. Ginny was now very bored, tired, and hungry. With a soft sigh she jumped from the tree landed gracefully on her feet. She used her sensitive nose to sniff out her favorite...deer....She ran through the forest dodging trees and jumping over anything that was in her way. She's learned to be quick, swift, and quiet to get what she wants. Humans were a little easier to hunt for, however, Ginny could never kill a human. She never has.
"Aha." She giggled running quickly to want she was hunting for. With a quick jump and pounce Ginny sunk teeth into it. The deer had been drained dry before she stood back up.
Happy with herself, although sad for the now dead animal, she left the forest and walked the streets of Port...She hummed for a few blocks but gave a sudden stop in making noise and walking that she looked as if she had been turned into a statue. She smelt freed human blood. Her face turned hard and her fists clenched. "I won't." She reassured herself. Obviously, a vampire had this person because she could smell another of her kind, half her kind.
Was it to late to save the victim? She shouldn't go any closer to the most wonderful smell but she was scared someone might die. Her feet suddenly took off following the smell of the two. If Ginny hadn't just ate her control would be a lot harder to handle. "STOP!" She yelled..but it was to late, the male fell to the ground. This vampire looked terrified! She was uncontrollably shaking and hyperventilating, well it looked like she was since vampire can't hyperventilate. Ginny automatically knew she was a newborn vampire. Before a word could be said the vampire took off... Not knowing what to do, she called the police and told them about the body...then left the area. She walked the streets quietly hoping to not run into the vampire.

It actually annoyed him most of the time. He didn't mind being away from his pack, well he did but there was always a way of communicating with them. He didn't like not being able to protect Bella as well, she wasn't as easy to get hold of. Of course she hadn't been around for awhile, he figured she was at school with the Cullens. Of course she would be around Edward. It annoyed him to think of how easy it would be to see Bella everyday if they went to the same school. Of course Bella could always change schools and enroll at the Quilette school. Jake knew he shouldn't be thinking of Bella because standing in front of him was Ginny. Another girl who he had been thinking about a lot recently.
Jake loved someone who had great comebacks. Especially if it was a girl with a good attitude and wasn't afraid to express her opinion. It was funny because that was something that Ginny demonstrated easily. Just like her comeback of saying that he could be the one stalking her. He chuckled slightly. Well it was true he came behind her and he had been the one following her scent. "So now i'm a stalker? I don't know. Seems a little too cliche for my liking. The big guy following the little girl. Would be a greater twist if it was the little girl following the big guy. Hense, stalker." He said it with a smile. He loved being to joke with someone who he should probably be an enemy with. It was different for Jake as well, Ginny probably had been told all the bad things about the wolves.
Jake obviously hadn't told the rest of the pack about Ginny. They just knew he had met a girl. Of course there was Paul, Embry and Quil who all teased him about it. Leah had been slightly relieved to be getting rid of Bela. Of course Jake wondered if Bella could be replaced. Ginny seemed like a nice girl and she was funny on top of all that but he doubted he would feel the same way. There was too much history between him and Bella. Ginny brought him out of his inward troubles by talking to him. She talking about the body. He vowed to try and find the killer and to make sure they wouldn't end up following anyone back to Forks. "Yeah I saw it. I thought it was you because your scent was all over the scene. We are going to have to make sure the new born doesn't come anywhere near Forks or La Push" He explained.
Jake had been over newborns for awhile. He had seen enough to last him a lifetime. Jake knew there hadn't been anyone who had survived. He had seen that one girl Bree and knew she had survived but that was it. Plus he knew that girls' scent. This was definitely something that he would report to the pack. Ginny should tell the Cullens of this as well. They probably wouldn't have to band together again for a single new born. he just hoped there wasn't more of them. If there was another army being created surely it would have raised notice among all the others. Jake tried to remember headlines he had seen. Only that Seattle was happy for not having their murderer around anymore. But this was Port Angeles. Jake shook it off. Running a hand through his hair he tried to forget it all for now.
Ginny was obviously trying to change the subject because it was probably making her uncomfortable, not that Jake could blame her. He smiled at her slightly. "You know the usual. Trying to avoid getting patrols although recently I've been stationed at the border a lot. Don't know why. What about you?" He asked her. He hadn't seen her along the border. Truthfully he had been wanting to be around the border line incase she had showed up again. Jake didn't think he had left a good enough impression that they could be friends. He didn't want to think that was what had happened but he could tell it probably was. He walked a little so he was on the board walk and leant with his back against the rails. That way he could still look at Ginny.

She walked around for a while, breathing in the new, fresh, and bloodless air before her pants got stuck between a large rock and the sidewalk. Seems like the rock was in the road at one point and was simply moved out of the way. "Hmph" She muttered, trying to pull the pants loose. She failed terribly. Now she was stuck... Ginny jerked at her pants leg but there was no avail. She sighed and told herself not to jerk it again; not really wanting to rip her new pants. She looked around making sure no one could see what she was thinking of doing. She foucused her energy making blue lights appear, teleporting two inches to the side, finally free. She had because so used to the strange tinglng, vacuum feeling that it was nothing to teleport. Teleporting was the easiest and most lazy way of getting out of being stuck! At least she didn't have to rip her pants. It wasn't until she was free that she thought of just picking up the rock.
She gave a soft shrug and started wondering again... When she breathed in the scent of Jacob hit her nostrils. "Hmm..." She thought smiling. It was slightly weird for her to feel safe with a wolf around but it was almost natral. Something told her she wouldn't be in danger if the newborn showed up again. In case of danger though, she was ready to teleport home in the blink of an eye. She stopped walking to see if she could fingure out how close or far away he was... "You know anyone would think your stalking me" The familiar voice was a lot closer than she thought. Ginny should have known that by how close the heart beat sounded. Chuckling, she turned around to face him. "You're the one who was behind me. I could say the same." She grinned tilting her head.
The first encounter between the two was a strange one. Strange as a supernatural meet could be at least. Jacob didn't seem so bad. She had thought of seeing if she would be able to meet him at the treaty line again. However, she didn't want attention drawn to her from the family. They would more than likely think it a little weird for her to want to speak to Jacob again. To her, it wasn't such a big deal. To them, it would be a mystery until they spoke up.
"I suppose you saw the body? I tried to stop the newborn... It was to late when I got there." She frowned feeling terrible that she couldn't have saved the human. She almost blamed herself for stopping herself from getting there fast. If she hadn't have paused would it have been to late? She had the feeling it wouldn't have been. Tears almost showed in her eyes but she quickly pushed them away. Ginny never cried infront of people unless it was on a very rare occasion. If she cried she left where no one would find her.
"How have you been?" She asked awkwardly trying to stir the thoughts of the encounter to the back of her head. She was calm at least. Well, now she was. The newborn wasn't the cause of her worry and sadness it was the human that she couldn't save. She wondered what would have happened if she had got there in time. Would the newborn attack her afraid Ginny was trying to take her meal? Or be understanding and try like Bree had? At the worst, she knew both of them would have become hurt. If it wasn't for the whole exposer thing she would have teleported the human to safety.

Ginny laughed lightly. A little girl following the big guy would defiantly be a twist. Jake seemed to always have something to say which Ginny thought was great. The conversation wouldn't go dull this way, not to mention she usually had something to say in return. This time though, she only grinned and shook her head.
She listened quietly when he spoke of the body and how he thought it was her. At least he was honest. She shook her head again. It would be a devastating thing for her if she ever killed a human. She could barely stand killing animals as it was. She hated death and was an animal lover.... Needing blood and not wanting to kill really didn't clash correctly. Which is why Esme tends to keep bottles of blood in the kitchen for her.
"I can honestly say, I'd rather not have to kill. Even animals. If I could live without blood beleive me... I would." She explained with a simple, matter of fact voice. "Without it I go anemic and weak." She wasn't sure why she was open with him enough to say that. Either way, it was the truth. The longest she had ever gone without it was for a six days and ended up having a lack of her own blood plus her iron levels dropped dramatically. It was almost like an anorexic becoming weak and frail after so long of starving him or herself. It didn't feel good, that was for sure. "You know the usual. Trying to avoid getting patrols although recently I've been stationed at the border a lot. Don't know why. What about you?" The more he talked about the pack the more it seemed like a job.
A job that didn't pay but had high values. Besides killing, they had good intentions on keeping the humans safe. She had wondered if any vampires wanted to attack them. Would a vampire be stupid enough to try to take on a pack? She doubted it. Ginny knew the pack to be strong and hard focused. Not by what the Cullens had told but by her own understanding. She wondered if she would meet the others and if the other would react the same as Jacob had. Would they stop to see her heart is still beating? It wouldn't matter considering she wouldn't go across the boarder. Not unless invited to which she didn't think would happen. Why would the invite her over anyway? Unless they wanted to know information on hybrids she just didn't see it happening.
"Is it just the boarder you all patrol?" She asked. It was the first thing that had popped in her head. "I'm sorry, that's none of my business." She smiled lightly straightening out her top. The weather was starting to become pretty chilly now that the sun had gone down. The cold didn't bother her, she could barely feel it. But the wind gave her cold chills. She shook a little and wrapped her arms around herself. She tried making it look like she was just casually crossing her arms across her chest but didn't know if it worked. Her temperature always ran higher than a human varying between 101 and 103. However, she could still become cold. Ginny could remember clearly that one of Carlisles questions for her was why her temperature stayed high. It was one of the few questions she didn't have an answer for. Honestly, it didn't make sense. Vampires were unnaturally cold while if a human had a temperature of 101 they were sick. Ginny's sick consisted of 106 F...
"I've been....doing what the rest of the family does,I suppose. I'm still getting used to having to pretend I'm a teenager. Funny enough, they're making me enroll in school as a junior. I think junior.... Might be senior. Not something I want to do but by the sound of it, I'll need to get used to it." She shrugged lightly. She didn't mind going to school because she loved learning. The only problem she had was high school had nothing to offer. Everything they teach she already knows expect for Chemistry and Trig. "Other than that, I've been getting out of the house to go on my own. I love being around them... I just like adventure." Ginny smiled lightly and shook again. The wind blew right at her and sadly, there was nothing to shield her from it.

At least it could be agreed the twist would be pretty sensational. Of course Jake thought that everything that he thought up was awesome, because he was so good at making up random crap. She shook her head at him. It was a normal response and Jake was glad to have got it once again. Everyone normally just rolled their eyes at him or shook their heads. The pack didn't even notice his humour anymore, it must have got annoying to them. Looking at Ginny he couldn't believe his relief that she was safe. After only meeting once there was a small connection between them. Of course he figured it was just one sided, he doubted she would feel the same, why should she? People must say bad things about him all the time where she lives.
Ginny shook her head at him but not with laughter this time. She started talking about blood. At first Jake was a little confused as to what she was on about. Then he understood. She thought he meant that he though she was the one doing the killing. Of course Ginny could look after herself, he wouldn't for one second doubt it. Doesn't mean he can't get horrid images that bad things happen to good people. He shook his head this time. "That wasn't what I meant. I thought you were the one being attacked. I could tell that the blood loss was too great for the person to have survived but I still ran like hell to get to the scene. Just to make sure you were ok" He said the last bit a little quiter. Jake was normally one to joke about his feelings. Only Bella had really seen him open up.
He knew Ginny would take what he said and either make a joke to cover up feelings or hurting him or whatever or she would go really silent and make it awkward. That was the normality with girls. He remembered what it was like with Bella. Gee that had been interesting. He didn't want to think about that at all though. Instead he concentrated on the little blonde in front of him. What was it about her that made him think about her none stop. Jake tried to distract himself. She looked curious when he started talking about his patrol along the border line. He had hoped she would show up there, but it hadn't happened as of yet. She asked him about the patrol and then backed off the subject. He just smiled at her. It was normal to be curious about something you didn't understand.
Jake smiled at Ginny. "I would tell you. But I literally can't Alpha's orders." Jake wondered if she knew about him not being able to say anything when Sam said he couldn't. He remembered trying to tell Bella what he was, of course that was never good. It was lucky she had found out one way or another. Jake sighed. He really wished he could talk to her about small things but it just wasn't possible. It was uncomfortable to even try to tell her anything. He noticed that she looked like she was getting a bit cold. Which was weird. He didn't realise that the human within her was so strong, it was more than he knew. He smiled and chuckled a little. He walked forward and stood in front of her. "Don't do what ever your talent is. I'm not going to hurt you ok? You just look cold." The wind was coming from all sides but he could block some of it out. He put his hands on her arms hoping the heat would radiate from him to her.
She started to explain about how she had to enroll up at the high school again. This he did laugh at. He never went to school, even when he was supposed to. "Well I'll think of you whilst I am at home or in the forest relaxing and not studying at school" He said with a slight laugh in his voice. He loved teasing Seth as it was when he had to go to school, now he had someone else to tease along with him. Ginny said that she loved to go off on her own. She was more like him that he realised. "Yeah I love being on my own as well. Quiteness. Not having to worry about everyone around you. A nice time to clear your head" He said it with a smile as he looked down into her eyes. She really was something from out of this world, she actually made him almost completely forget about Bella, which was a hard thing to do.

Ginny seemed to have taken him wrong about the vampire attack. What he said though, made her cheeks turn a light pink. She quickly pushed it away before it was too noticeable. She did have light skin after all, so any redness would show easily. The words made her fall silent for a moment. Not because what he said made her feel uncomfortable or uneasy but because she wasn't sure how to reply. "Oh," She began looking down for a moment then back to him again. "That was... very sweet of you." She told him smiling. Sweet in a 'I thought you were hurt so I came running' kind of way. And sweet because of how he had told her. He could have just said 'I thought you were attacked' and nothing else. Instead though, he mentioned he wanted to know if she was okay. The only people who have ever really cared about her well being was her father, Justin, and her new family. It wasn't something she was comeltely used to yet. Jacob had accutly surprised her, being what she half is and what he is. He cared because of her human half most likely which made feel more welcome.
Ginny nodded understanding he couldn't talk about it. There were many things running around in her thoughts and memories that she couldn't speak of; whether it was because it's her on secret or because of it being someone elses secret. Justin had many she couldn't tell anyone but they weren't bad. They were mostly secrets that would embarrass him if they were leaked. "That's okay. Like I said, none of my business." She bit her lower lip lightly, offering a small smile at the same time. It wasn't like everything she was curious about would be answered. It was the same for people wanting to know about the Cullens or herself. She didn't know Alphas order were always meant to be followed unless told otherwise though. Ginny could easily say anything. They would, of course, be upset or mad but doubted she would be thrown from the family. At the most, they would stop telling her things that they wouldn't want out there. It would result in a big drop in trust that she would need to gain back.
She stopped biting her lip as he moved to stand infront of her. She didn't move or use her power. He did say he wasn't going to hurt her and she believed him. He hadn't given her a reason to not. Jacobs hands were warm. His body temperature must be a little higher than her own. This struck her as interesting. She smiled lightly. "Thank you." The heat starting radiating making her feel a bit warmer. He surprised her yet again. Surprising her had never been something easy to do and so far Jacob was on a roll. "I feel so special that you would think of me in school while you're not." She smirked chuckling. He started talking about being on his own and liking the quiet. She could only agree with him on this.
Ginny noticed he was looking into her eyes. A person could read a lot from them if they looked closely enough. Feelings and the occasional thought usually showed before the facial expressions did. She wasn't sure what he was feeling though. They were mixed and hard to figure. His hands on her arms wasn't enough to make her warm though just warmer... She stepped forward crossing her forearms upward where her arms laid diagonal against her chest then leaned into Jacob. Her cheek lay against him as well. This was much better and much warmer. "You're warm." She said in almost a whisper. At the moment, she was slowly realizing what she was doing. Laying against a werewolf for warmth who she was starting to like. She didn't pay attention to her feelings before she was trying to become warm from him. Her cheeks went that light pink again but she didn't push it away this time. Jacob more than likely couldn't see it. She wondered why she was liking him so much. Besides that fact he has a sense of humor and kind there was something much more there. She couldn't quiet to her finger on it yet. They didn't know each other for that long and already got along just fine.

Truthfully he could have said something else like I caught your scent and thought you were being attacked. But no, now he was going to make it all awkward and everything will get really silent. He watched her carefully. She seemed surprised by what he said, heck he was surprised with what he said. He wasn't normally one to express himself so freely, he normally marked it off with a joke or some smart ass comment. She said it was really sweet of him. He knew he was about to ruin it but he couldn't help it. "I'm sure Edward never mentioned our nice sides just out dangerous sides" He said and shook his head. He didn't want to think about that because it would just make him angry. He didn't want to get that way around Ginny. He could already feel the slight trembling occurring.
He calmed himself down again and tried to relax as much as he could. At least he had better control over himself than he used to, that was always a plus. He concentrated on the here and now instead, it was easy to be around Ginny and just relaxing all the time. She made him feel calm. He listened as Ginny said she understood that it wasn't any of her buisness. He shook his hea and chuckled again. "No literally, it's not that I don't want to. I literally can't. Alpha's orders" He said with a small smile. It was handy being beta though, he could defy some of the orders to help protect the rest of the pack. Not a direct order though, that could never be ignored. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair slightly. He wanted to open up and blurt everything out to this little blonde girl.
Jake understood how Ginny felt when he moved in front of her. Sure she was bound to be a little nervous. As he placed his hands on her arms she shivered a little. She was warm but that was the human inside of her. Of course the wolves were a lot warmer than most anyway. He ran a high temperature making it easier to warm other people up. He nodded his head at her thank you. He chuckled along with her that vibrated through his chest. "Yeah well school can't be all that bad. Although I wouldn't agree with that. It gets boring and my job is pretty much cut out for me anyway" He said with a small smile. He knew he wasn't going to get much of a future unless he suddenly stopped being a wolf, which was a lot harder than it sounded. He sighed at the thought.
Jake tore his gaze away from her. What was wrong with him/ He mentally shook himself. he didn't understand what he was feeling. Why was he helping this girl? It wasn't something he normally did. She took her arms away from his grip and crossed them over his chest. She was obviously uncomfortable with his closeness. Before he could walk away though she leaned into him and rested against. Jake was in total shock. What was happening. She whispered that he was warm. He smiled and slowly wrapped his arms around her small body. "It's a wolf thing" he said. Looking down he noticed her ears were pink, she was blushing at something. He acted like he didn't notice though, it was only fair. He breathe din her scent and he didn't even mind the vampire bit, the human over ruled that.

Ginny had forgot where she was heading too. After the newborn and Jacob coming up her mind had become completely off track. She didn't mind though. It wasn't like she had to be somewhere at the moment. She was rather enjoying heself around the werewolf. Gin knew very well they would smell the wolf on her and atomatically assume the worst of things. Deciding not to ponder on reactions though, she kept herself perfectly still against him. Now that her body was warming up she wasn't shaking or cold, just comfortable.
"I can tell." She smiled at it being a wolf thing. She didn't imagine they would be but to much warmer but she was proven wrong. Seemed like all the species she has met has very big differences between them. Even hybrids. Hybrids, she's found, varied on how much they take after their mother or father. She hasn't met other hybrids but knows female take more after their mothers while males take after their fathers. They were very strange little beings in her mind. Not that she minded though, she's always enjoyed differences.
"As for Edward,"She began chuckling. "He worries to much... I've heard a lot about you guys. Wether or not they were good or bad things I didn't really take them and run. It would be wrong of me to judge by the first things mentioned, right?" She wouldn't mention what had been said about him or anyone else of the pack just that she wouldn't beleive until she saw it for herself and so far a lot of it has shown to be false. Jacob didn't seem all that bad in fact he has been friendly so far.
Her eyes closed by this time. She had become completely relaxed against something that could easily hurt her. She trusted him. Even though she knew little about him she hadn't a reason to not too. The fact she was getting tired played a part in this as well. She was warm, relaxed, and safe therefor making her sleepy. Her breathing had even slowed down like a person almost asleep would. "You can move when you want too. I'm warm. I'm just comfortable." She said running her tongue across her lower lip.

He just didn't know what to think or what to feel anymore. Bella should be his only concern and she should be the only one who he should be thinking about. And yet there was Ginny. Someone so different and so new yet just as exiting and as thrilling. Jake didn't know what to do other than live in the moment. In this moment, Bella was here, Ginny was. He remembered what it felt like when he thought Ginny was dead, that was the strangest feeling in the world. He knew in that instant that his feelings weren't all in his head. Yet he didn't know if she even felt the same thing. He barely knew her after all, how was he supposed to recognize any feelings that she may be showing towards him?
Ginny commented on what he said. He smiled and nodded his head. No doubt she felt it above her. He noticed how tall he was compared to her. Did he just like girls that were older than him? He almost chuckled out loud to that thought. Other people would laugh at him as well. He would need to say something to someone soon, the pack would notice that he will be thinking about Ginny soon enough. Not that he wouldn't rather keep her all to himself. "Yeah well. Who am I to judge. I make people seem like their ice blocks until I touch them." To emphasize his point, he actually ran a hand down her arm. He smiled and shook himself. He couldn't believe he just did that. What was wrong with him? Since when did he flirt? He ignored it as best as he could and hoped she just thought it as being friends, well not hoped but oh well.
Once Jake had moved away there was silence behind him. He hoped he hadn't said something that hurt her but he was actually hurting himself. What was it about Edward that all the girls fell for him? It wasn't as though he was all that attractive. Not to mention that he drank blood for a living. Ginny drank blood but she could also eat human food. He just didn't get it. He watched as his hands started to shake on the rails before him. He needed to calm down and stop thinking about Edward. This could hurt more than just himself. He wondered if it would hurt Edward if Bella actually found out who this person was. Jake just didn't understand what it was about that guy that made him so special. It couldn't be because of what he was, simply because Jake's supernaturalness seemed much cooler.
Finally a sound came out from behind him. He had the urge to turn around and look at her, but he didn't think he could at that moment. When he did turn around she looked frozen solid. That was the vampire in her, he could tell that much. Slowly she began to regain herself. Why did his question bother her that much. The look on her face made him want to apologize instantly. "Bella told me he was seeing someone else. The way you spoke about him.... I don't know" This time it was his turn to look down at the ground. Ginny explained that they weren't together. For some strange reason it made him feel better. Why should that news make him feel better. It meant that Bella and Edward were still together. He sighed and shook his head.
Ginny started to say something but couldn't finish it. Jake could finish it for her but he wouldn't. Could he that? He shifted. He hated getting uncomfortable, he normally shied it off with a joke or a comment. Now wasn't the time though obviously, at least he knew that. Jake looked back up at her but she was looking at the ground. She apologized. He walked up to her and surprised himself but hugging her. "No i'm sorry. I had no right to just ask you that. Even if you and Edward were together it was none of my business. I don't know why I got so mad. Must be something about those involved with the supernatural" Although what he said was true he just wanted to make her feel better. He rested his cheek on the top of her head, hoping he hadn't offended her enough to make her want to pull away.

Ginny couldn't move herself. She was way to comfortable to even bother trying. Plus, Jacob didn't seem to mind. If he did he wouldn't have let her lean against him or he would have said something. "Doesn't make since does it?" She asked referring to her on body temperature. Neither human or vampire was as warm as her. It didn't make sense. All of the supernatural world didn't make sense though. "Oh well. You seem pretty happy being around me." She chuckled at this. It was true although she wouldn't say anything. She wasn't exactly sure why she felt so relaxed around him or why she likes him as much as she does. She didn't know him all that well yet she felt this attraction to him. The werewolf smell didn't even bother her, in fact, it wasn't that bad. Her feelings were strange, however, she's so used to strange that it's no bother. The only thing that did bother her was her feelings toward both Edward and Jacob... Edward saved her; not from death but from loneliness. Because of his actions and what he gave her she loved him. If she had never met Edward she wouldn't have such a loving family. She would still be homeless and alone.
When he stepped back she figured he thought she was warm enough. She didn't want him to move away. She enjoyed being there and not just because of the warmth but because of the tingly happy feeling. Jacob turned his back to her which made her think negative thoughts. He wouldn't have turned his back unless he had something on his mind or she did something wrong. Sighing, she lowered her arms back to her sides awkwardly. She pushed the negative thoughts behind her so they wouldn't get in the way of her better judgement.
"Are you an Edward seeing each other? Is there any girl he doesn't get!" She blinked once then stopped blinking period. His tone made her still as a statue and by looking at her she could pass as a manikin. It wasn't that she was scared or hurt. She was just surprised... She couldn't tell for sure but it seemed as if there was a hint of jealously or..... was he interested in her? That thought defiantly made her still. She would blush if it wasn't for her vampire side showing. She hoped Jacob wouldn't notice her vampire like this; even if it wasn't to strong.. It wasn't his words that set her in her this mode it was his tone. He sounded so angry and hurt with her. The only way she knew to react was for her fathers side to show itself.
Her facial expression remained calm even though her emotions were not. "I...." She began trying to search for the correct words. "Edward and I aren't together...." She finally said wondering why he thought that. Was it so obvious in her voice that she liked him? Jacob was the first person who ever said anything to her. Jasper didn't even confront her about her emotions. "Why would you think that?" She asked as her vampiric side started going down. More emotion could be found now' more human emotion. "I mean.... If you're wondering if anything is going on between us...He saved me.... I would be homeless and alone if it weren't for him. We're not together though." She frowned for the first time around him. In all honesty, she wasn't sure what was going on between her and Edward. "Do you have f-..." For the first time in awhile she couldn't say the right things. Usually, she was very good with her words but this time she couldn't muster up the correct ones.
"I'm sorry if I didn't something wrong." She looked to the ground like a child would if their parents just got onto them for something. She was child-like in many ways. Anytime she did something wrong she pouted about it because she felt bad. Ginny started blinking again now that the human in her completely returned
month; feb notes; kinda sounds like she's going back and forth between human and vampire...shes not though...her emotions determine which side shows more.....he stirred her emotions by those two sentences rofl. tag; Jacob Black

Ginny, being at eased and well laid back, kept her breaths long, full and comfortable. His hand had slid down her arm which almost gave her goosebumps from the sudden warmth then chill as the air came back. The warmth, she liked. She liked being warm or being around someone who is warm. She had become used to the skin of a vampire since she grew up with them. But she preferred the warm. A small smile come across her face before it faded to simple content look. Was he flirting?
The silence between the two after he had moved seemed longer than it was. It had surprised her how he could get her emotions to almost spike like that. Out of the many people she has met in her lifetime, not many could. Mentioning Edward could have done it though. Bella. She told him Edward was seeing someone? She sighed softly wishing some humans would come to people when there's a 'problem' instead of avoiding it. "Ignore the way I spoke about him then." She muttered lightly looking at him with a smile. "Edward isn't seeing anyone...If it were me, Bella probably saw Edward and I somewhere and thought wrong. Like I said, he saved me... I owe him." She gave a short nod before looking up at the sky. It was completely dark now, well, besides all the lights from the stores which most have been turned off. Stars were showing at least.
Now that she thought about it it probably did look like they were a couple. She always tried being there for him or getting him something he needed. Honestly, he probably felt like he had some sort of female butler. It wasn't like she didn't give him space though. A lot of the time he asked her to tag along. Maybe it was to help her feel more welcome... spend time with the new family member.
Ginnys arms wrapped around the muscular body and rested the side of her head against his chest. She wanted him to know there wasn't any harsh feeling so she gave him a very light squeeze. "Well, the supernatural do have more and different emotions to deal with." She giggled quietly. "No ill feelings, yeah?" Subconsciously, Gin was playing with the back of his shirt. "Oh, sorry." She muttered when she realized straightening the shirt back out.
"The sky is lovely tonight." It was a hope of changing the subject. If they could talk about something else it was very possible they could get to know one another better.
