Okay, so this is Artemis's former boyfriend from LA. He is the reason her parents are dead and the reason she is the way she is. I plotted that he would show back up at some point and now seems like it would be fun for Daniel to reappear.
He is pretty open to your interpretation. He can be either human or vampire. But he would be rather self absorbed and after his own agenda. More than likely he would have been looking for Artemis after she fled because he is her crazy stalker ex. So have fun ^_^
