*General Appearance: Esme’s overall appearance has been described the she is a woman of youth and beauty and that she looks like she had the youth from a silent movie era. She is the average height of 5’6 and her hair flows in soft waves in the color of caramel. It frames her face soft. Her hair is normally down and left in its natural waves but sometimes it can be seen straight or clipped back so it is off her face. Her face is heart-shaped, Esme is described to have dimples when she smiles and often she will have a slight twinkle in her eyes when she is around her family. Her eyes are the colour of gold because of her diet and of course if she is thirsty, her eyes will be a dark black colour. She is described as having delicate eyebrows.
Her figure is described as slender but rounded as she was changed not long after giving birth to her son, though the look does suit her. *Overall History: Esme was born Esme Anne Platt in 1895 in Ohio. She was raised on a farm on the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio; she enjoyed a happy childhood and adolescence. Esme also had a good education as, when her hopes of falling in love and marrying didn't come to fruition, she intended to become a teacher. It was her dream to have the perfect family and of course children of her own. Her childhood was pretty much a normal one in time she grew up in. Not much is known about her childhood. However when she was sixteen, Esme had been climbing a tree helping her family while farming and as a result she fell and broke her leg upon impact, where her father took her to the local hospital. When she had been at the hospital it was where she first met Carlisle and he made an immediate impression upon her. Nobody could measure up in her mind – it was almost as if she was infatuated with him and his beauty. It was not soon after that he moved away, but she could not forget the man who could have easily been an angel.
As she grew up, she had her passion for becoming a teacher and she wanted to move away to do her dream job, in which she did. Esme had wanted to marry but she could never find someone that matched up to Carlisle and in 1917 when she was twenty-two, she had dedicated her life to teaching away from her family. Her father, however, wasn't supportive of this desire because he didn't think it was respectable for a lady to live alone in the wilds. It was this time when she was pressured by her parents to marry and it was then she married Charles Evenson, hoping to please her parents and willing to attempt to be happy, but soon realized her husband was an abusive man. Despite it, she tried to become a good wife, and her parents coached her to keep quiet. Much to her relief, her husband was drafted during World War I.
Esme enjoyed a happy period of time while Charles was away, but Charles returned in 1920, starting his abuse again. Esme struggled to break free from him. She ran away, discovering a few days later that she was pregnant with his son, who was born in 1921, only to die a few days later of a lung infection. After the baby's death, Esme felt that she had no longer any reason to live, and attempted to commit suicide by jumping off a cliff. She was presumed dead, and brought to the morgue but her heart was still beating faintly. Dr. Cullen was working in the area at the time and recognized her as the happy, beautiful young girl he treated ten years earlier. To stop her from suffering any longer, Carlisle decided to change her into a vampire. Rosalie once mentioned that her record is almost as clean as Carlisle, even better than Esme, indicating that Esme had lost control of her thirst a few times.
When her husband had been drafted away, she was much more relaxed as she was not dealing with the heavy abuse she received from him. But in 1919 Charles returned from the war and the abuse started all over again. In 1920/1 When Esme fell pregnant in the months that followed, she knew that she had to escape – there was no way that she would bring a child into that home. She wanted to protect the child from its father. She ran away to the home of a second cousin but had to move to Wisconsin when her whereabouts were leaked to her parents. Once there, she lived in a small community outside of Ashland, pretending to be a war widow and working as a school teacher to support herself. By this stage, she had essentially lost everything in her life but she was staying strong for her unborn baby who she loved dearly.
In 1921 she gave birth to a baby boy, but a few days after his birth her son had died of a lung infection and this destroyed Esme. After the baby's death, Esme felt that she had no longer any reason to live, and attempted to commit suicide by jumping off a cliff. She was presumed dead, and brought to the morgue but her heart was still beating faintly. This was when she was reunited with Carlisle because he found her broken body in the morgue. To stop her from suffering any longer, Carlisle decided to change her into a vampire.
When she first found out that she was a vampire she did not take to it to well as the pain of losing a child was still raw, but she came around slowly to the fact that she could be with the man of her dreams. Carlisle had told her about the rules of being a vampire and that Edward and himself fed on animal blood rather than human blood. Esme did have a few slip ups while she was a new born and she was extremely guilty over that fact. Esme and Carlisle married early in their relationship, at which Esme wore a very traditional ornate lace-and-orange-blossoms wedding dress. Esme also devoted herself to Carlisle's lifestyle. Her ability to love passionately, which was accentuated by becoming a vampire, helped her to stay true to her new husband's chosen way of life.
As it was just the three of the them as a family, it was decided that Edward would act as Esme’s younger brother, but over time Rosalie joined the family and only a short while after Alice and Jasper turned up at the door and it was decided that Esme and Carlisle would take on the roll as parents despite their youth. It became naturally to her because of her strong maternal instinct.
Over the past few decades she was getting used to overcoming her blood lust and trying to control it. Then they moved to Forks, Washington where her life became just a little bit hectic. Edward had met Bella in 2005 and Esme could not be happier for Edward knowing that he had been alone for so long. Esme welcomed Bella with opened arms and considered her as a third daughter, her ability to love extending to her. That year Bella had been invited to a baseball match, and she bonded with Bella by telling her a little bit of information about her passed and letting her know that she is thankful that Edward and her have fallen in love, as he was her first and favourite adoptive child and that she has always worried that he would never find true love. Then James’ coven threatened the happiness of her family and in order to help protect Bella, she swapped clothes with her to disguise her scent.
In 2006, she helped to throw Bella a birthday party and she enjoyed the fact they were celebrating a birthday and her gift had been a pair of tickets to Florida. But it was then when Jasper’s pounced at Bella because of a paper cut and she had to leave the room because of her blood lust and she felt ashamed because she wanted her blood. It was then they moved away so Bella could live a normal human life and it pained Esme that she could not see her. Esme was not herself as Edward was always away and when Rosalie told her what happened and Edward had gone to Italy, she cried out at the thought of losing him.
The next year was when everything she loved was at risk and she was forced to fight alongside her family. Esme is not as skilled a fighter as Edward, Jasper or Alice. However, she is not to be underestimated; she is greatly able to handle her opponents. During the battle, Esme and Carlisle find an intimidated newborn, Bree Tanner, and offer her asylum if she surrenders. Ever since Bree has been a member of her family and they have tried to help her adjust the best they can.

This witch was very much a normal, and of course she was of the good sort. Her full name is Jenna Catherine Halliwell and married to Wyatt Halliwell; a vampire witch at the age of forty-two and happily married with two teenage children. It was a blessing being she had a family; a husband and a daughter and a son, it was more than she could have ever asked for. Jenna was content with life though she did not like the demon attacks, especially when it resulted in her family being hurt; it was something she could never tolerate. Even when she had been hurt, her main concern was to make sure that everyone else was alright. At this moment in time.
Jenna was caught up in her own thoughts staring ahead blinking. Her current location was in the middle one of the local parks sat on a bench after her run. Coming slowly out of her trance, she looked around as the darkness in the sky faded to welcome another new day. She was seeing a brand new day start and a new chance to watch the sunrise she loved both. The sunrise was a beautiful thing to see. Every morning Jenna would find a place to watch such an event, even if she was running as she was today. Today she was sat on a bench; this was her chosen spot to watch such a natural beauty. The sun had raised now, the clouds soon covering it up the early sun, though the shadows were minimal. Jenna was dressed in another simple outfit; it consisted of jogging bottoms and a dark blue top completed.
